Typical of the 1970's period this cluster pendant is bold and heavy. Set with a central dark amethyst measuring 5mm with a surround of five oval cut dark amethysts each measuring approximately 8mm x 6mm with five 4.5mm cultured pearls between each. Mounted in a 9ct yellow gold open frame with a cultured pearl set bail. Measuring 30mm x 30mm (not including the bail) and weighing 7.2g. Suspended from a 20" 9ct gold box chain weighing 3.2g. Made by quality jewellery makers Deakin & Francis. Fully hallmarked Birmingham 1971. Gross weight 10.4g.
